Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Inventory & Shipping Coordinator to manage incoming inventory and prepare outgoing shipments. This role is essential to keeping our warehouse operations organized and ensuring customers receive accurate and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving & Inventory

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders


• Unpack, label, and properly store inventory


• Identify and report damaged or missing items


• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts


• Organize warehouse shelving and maintain a clean workspace

Shipping & Fulfillment

• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments accurately


• Generate shipping labels and coordinate pickups with carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight, etc.)


• Ensure proper packaging to protect medical equipment during transit


• Communicate with sales and service teams regarding order status


• Assist with preparing equipment for customer delivery or technician dispatch

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, or inventory experience preferred


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs


• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, shipping software)


• Self-motivated and dependable


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
