Inventory Associate

As Cryptic Vector’s Inventory Associate, you’ll play a key role in keeping our workspace stocked, functional, and enjoyable. From ordering snacks and office supplies to organizing deliveries, you’ll help ensure the team has what it needs to stay focused and productive.

This is a great opportunity for someone who’s detail oriented, dependable, and looking for flexible part-time work in a fun environment. 

Responsibilities

· Monitor stock levels and replenish office supplies, snacks, and beverages 

· Place and pickup supply orders (online and in-store)

· Manage supply requests submitted through the employee QR code system in a timely manner

· Organize and maintain supply closets, kitchen spaces, and storage areas

· Lift and move supply boxes (moderate lifting required)

Requirements

Requirements

· Must be at least 16 years of age

· Reliable transportation to our office is required

· Comfortable with light physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs

· Trustworthy, punctual, and proactive

· Friendly attitude – you’re supporting a team that works hard and appreciates your help!
