Requirements

As an Iron Skillet Server, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest feels valued and well taken care of. Your responsibilities include:

Deliver Outstanding Service:

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
• Present menus, answer questions about dishes, and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and ensure timely delivery from the kitchen.

Create Memorable Experiences:

• Build rapport with guests to make their visit feel special and personal.
• Handle any issues or special requests with professionalism and a smile.
• Provide guests with a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable dining environment.

Maintain Efficiency and Teamwork:

• Work collaboratively with kitchen and support staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Keep your section tidy and reset tables quickly for the next guests.
• Assist with side work, such as refilling condiments, folding napkins, and stocking supplies.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about hospitality and teamwork!

Must-Haves:

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle busy shifts with grace and efficiency.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant is a plus, but not required.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a bonus.
