Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable IT Consultant to join our team. As an IT Consultant, you will discover our customers’ business objectives and provide strategic advice on how they can best use technology to achieve their goals. You will provide technical training and help staff learn how to integrate their technology systems best. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills as well as excellent customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Discover the needs of each client and their business objectives
- Develop strategies for using technology to achieve their business goals
- Collaborate with in-house staff to manage IT systems
- Train staff on new and existing technologies
- Design and implement IT systems and networks
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, MBA/MSc preferred
- Professional certifications are preferred
- Previous experience as an IT Consultant
- Previous experience in project management
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

AHA was founded with the mission to specifically serve the low-income, socio-economically challenged minority populations residing in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties.

Advanced Healthcare Administration's vision is to have key partnerships that are key to meeting AHA's mission to address the social determinants of health. Our vision of partnerships will improve care coordination outreach and access to healthcare services in Los Angeles, Orange, and San Bernardino Counties. We can long-term goal of improving the health status of the patients we serve. We aim to foster and improve healthcare outcomes among high risk, high-need, and high utilizers through increasing access to care coordinator's services.
