What’s the Job?

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to maintain our information technology strategies by managing staff and researching and implementing technological strategic solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, be well-versed in Agile methodologies, and have extensive knowledge of SDLC processes.

Maintain the organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.

Direct technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.

Complete projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data centers.

Verify application results by conducting system audits of implemented technologies.

• Preserve assets by implementing disaster recovery, back-up procedures, and information security control structures.
  
• Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends, and anticipating requirements.
  
• Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action.
  
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
  
• Stay current on state-of-the-art practices to maintain professional and technical knowledge.
  
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  
   
  

What’s Needed?

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  
• Experience in the IT industry, including development work and customer interaction.
  
• PMP Certification.
  
• Proven ability to manage projects and apply Agile methodologies.
  
• Strong knowledge of SDLC processes.
