About this Role:
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to play a critical role in maintaining the health and performance of our technology infrastructure. This position is responsible for providing hands-on support to end-users, managing hardware and software setups, and ensuring smooth onboarding experiences. You will be the go-to person for resolving technical issues and enabling our teams to work efficiently and securely.
This is a part-time, hybrid role (20 hours per week) based out of our Castle Rock office, with the possibility of converting to a full-time position in the future.
Compensation:
This is a part-time, hybrid role (20 hours per week) based out of our Castle Rock office with the possibility of converting to a full-time position in the future. The hourly compensation range is $35–$43, depending on experience.
