RVIVL is a small business located in playa vista specializing in fitness recovery. We strive to provide a premium health, wellness and recovery experience. We offer private infrared sauna and ice bath suites, full body red light therapy panels, compression boots, Vitamin shots and Ivs, and NAD+ shots and IVs. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse - Infusion to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infusion therapy, with the ability to provide high-quality patient care in various settings. This role involves administering treatments through intravenous (IV) and intramuscular (IM) routes, monitoring patient responses to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Duties
- Administer Vitamins and NAD Intravenously and intramuscularly
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and effectiveness of treatments, documenting findings accurately.
- Perform IV insertion and maintenance, ensuring aseptic technique and compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about IV contents and benefits , and self-care strategies.
- Stay updated on current practices related to workers' compensation law, occupational health, and travel nursing.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Proven experience in infusion therapy or related nursing specialties.
- Strong assessment skills with the ability to recognize changes in patient conditions promptly.
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of care. .

Founders, Dr. Adam Sands and Ken Silver met several years ago when Ken suffered from a sports injury that landed him at Dr. Sands chiropractic office. As their doctor/patient relationship evolved, they realized they had a shared passion for educating themselves on natural methods of healing, as well as discovering ways to be proactive and reactive in regards to injuries and restorative techniques. This motivated them to get to work…researching and curating the most effective treatments on the market for their fitness recovery brand.
