Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team at Jake's Sweet Shoppe. If you have a passion for ice cream, outrageous desserts, and enjoy providing exceptional customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Join us and be part of creating delightful experiences for our customers! This location is a kiosk located inside of Jake's Unlimited.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, prompt, and efficient service.
• Assist customers in choosing from our wide variety of ice cream flavors, toppings, and desserts.
• Scoop and serve ice cream, desserts, and beverages ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Create and decorate ice cream sundaes, milkshakes, and other frozen treats.
• Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and maintain accurate cash balances.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the ice cream parlor, including serving counters, dining areas, and equipment.
• Stock supplies and ingredients, ensuring availability at all times.
• Answer customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer recommendations.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards, following proper hygiene practices.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
