Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
Provide safe and respectful personal care while maintaining client dignity and comfort.
Support instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and errands.
Monitor and report any changes in clients’ physical, emotional, or cognitive condition to supervisors in a timely manner.
Follow individualized care plans and document all care provided according to agency policies.
Assist with transfers, ambulation, and use of assistive devices to ensure safe mobility.
Offer companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement to promote social and mental well-being
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for the client.
Adhere to all health, safety, and infection-control procedures.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) not required, but compensation is higher
Prior professional caregiving experience
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, transferring, and assisting with mobility.
Strong communication skills, reliability, and professionalism.
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing exceptional care.
Compensation can be negotiated depending on CNA license and/or experience.
