Job Coach (Part‑Time) – Flexible Hours

Prime Home DDS is seeking a caring and dependable Job Coach to support individuals with developmental disabilities in community‑based employment settings. This is a part‑time role with the potential to grow into full‑time.

What You'll Do

• Provide on‑the‑job coaching and guidance


• Help individuals learn job tasks and workplace expectations


• Support skill‑building, independence, and confidence


• Maintain simple, accurate documentation


• Work collaboratively with employers and team members

Schedule

• Flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Strong communication and people skills


• Reliable transportation (if transportation is required)


• Ability to work independently


• Must pass a background check
