Rodeo Cannabis is seeking hardworking and reliable Cultivation Helpers to join our team at our Morris, Connecticut outdoor farm. This is a seasonal, part-time/full-time opportunity for individuals who are passionate about cannabis cultivation and enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. It's a great way to earn some extra cash!

Position: Cultivation Helper
Location: Morris, CT
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with weekend availability as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily cultivation activities, including planting, trellising, pruning, and harvesting


• Hang plants and process finished material


• Perform regular plant inspections and quality checks


• Load and transport harvested material


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area


• Follow all compliance and safety procedures


• Support landscaping and field maintenance

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions


• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift a minimum of 50 lbs


• Strong attention to detail and work ethic


• Must be at least 18 years of age


• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team


• Prior agricultural or cannabis experience a plus, but not required
