Job Title: Part-Time Scheduler (Flexible)
Location: Hamburg, PA
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time – Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM


We are currently seeking a dependable and professional Scheduler to join our team in Hamburg, PA on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, computer savvy, and able to remain calm and efficient in high-pressure or fast-paced situations.



Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate and manage scheduling of appointments and staff



  • Communicate effectively via phone, email, and scheduling software



  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes quickly and professionally



  • Maintain accurate records and documentation



  • Provide support to management and staff as needed




Requirements:



  • Strong computer skills and experience with scheduling software



  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities



  • Ability to stay calm and professional under stress



  • Must be reliable and punctual



  • Clear background check – no misdemeanors or felonies



  • Valid driver’s license
