Overview
We’re looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers who can provide both quality care and engaging activities for our clients. Whether in assisted living communities or home settings, your role is to support daily needs, encourage interaction, and ensure a safe, respectful environment. Serving the following areas: Southlake, Keller, Grapevine, Colleyville, Flower Mound, Coppell, Trophy Club, and other surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
Provide direct support with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
Observe and report any changes in clients' conditions or behaviors.
Uphold dignity and independence while providing care.
Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs.
Assist with mobility and physical activities while ensuring safety.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
Support individuals with disabilities by understanding their unique needs and preferences.
Qualifications
Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or direct support roles preferred.
Experience with dementia care, fall risks, and behavioral support required.
Strong communication skills
Reliable personal transportation required.
A compassionate, engaging, and professional demeanor.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
Able to stay focused and present while working — minimal personal phone use during shifts.
