As a Group Dog Walker at Homeward Bound, you will play a vital role in ensuring that dogs receive the best care during their group walks. You will be responsible for picking up and dropping off dogs at their homes, managing them during group walks, ensuring their safety, and maintaining a positive and enriching experience for every dog in your care. You will handle up to 10 dogs at once, both in the vehicle and during walks, with all dogs leashed for their safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and drop off up to 10 dogs at their homes for group walks.
   
• Lead and manage group walks, ensuring the safety and well-being of all dogs while keeping them leashed.
   
• Confirm that dogs are up to date on vaccines and health requirements before walks.
   
• Maintain and organize all dog walking equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety.
   
• Communicate regularly with clients and the team to ensure a seamless experience for everyone involved.
   

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience with group dog walking or dog handling.
   
• Patience and adaptability to manage a variety of dog personalities.
   
• Strong physical stamina for walking and managing up to 10 dogs at once for up to an hour.
   
• Ability to work independently, while also communicating effectively with clients and team members.
   
• A genuine love for dogs and a commitment to their care and safety.
