The Role

Front of House (FOH):
You create the experience.

• Welcome every customer with energy and attention


• Take and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently


• Keep the space clean, organized, and inviting


• Work closely with your team to keep everything running smoothly
  

Back of House (BOH):
You bring the product to life.

• Prepare smoothies, bowls, and juices with precision and consistency


• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety


• Stay organized and proactive with prep and inventory


• Move efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

What We Expect

• Reliability is essential. This is non-negotiable. Your team counts on you to show up on time and ready


• Must be reliable with early hours.


• A strong work ethic and willingness to hustle when it gets busy


• Must be coachable—you’re open to feedback and quick to apply it

Requirements

• Must be 16+ to work in the kitchen


• Comfortable in a physically active, fast-moving environment
