What You’ll Do

Under the guidance and direction of the Wellness Marketing Leader, you will:

• Social Media Management: Work with the wellness marketing leader to develop and manage social media calendars, posting schedules, and brand guidelines to ensure consistent, cohesive messaging across all platforms.


• Collaborate on Graphic Design & Photography: Use your design skills to create engaging visuals, graphics, and promotional materials, along with capturing and editing photos.


• Assist with Photo & Video Shoots: Support the coordination and execution of creative photo and video shoots, ensuring brand standards are met.


• Copywriting & Captioning: Write compelling and on-brand copy for social media captions, email newsletters, and basic marketing materials.


• Coordinate Marketing Initiatives: Work closely with internal teams to carry out scheduled campaigns, event promotions, and other marketing activities for both Sacred Society and Sacred Society Music Group.


• Email Marketing: Assist with building email templates, execute email blasts, and ensure messaging aligns with overarching brand guidelines.


• Grassroots Outreach: Help implement community engagement efforts both online and in local communities to drive awareness and foster brand loyalty.


• Monitor & Report: Track key performance metrics, gather insights, and share findings with the team for future content improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• Foundational Experience (1-2+ years) managing social media accounts and producing basic marketing collateral.


• Graphic Design Proficiency: Skilled with tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva for graphics and layouts.


• Photography & Basic Video Editing Skills: Comfortable behind a camera and able to make quick edits to produce high-quality visuals.


• Copywriting Ability: Strong writing skills to craft captions, short-form copy, and basic email/newsletter content.


• Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple assignments, follow established processes, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.


• Team Player Mentality: Excellent communication skills with a willingness to implement direction from senior team members while maintaining a positive, collaborative spirit.


• Adaptability: Stays ready to pivot as priorities and direction change.
