Be the Wheel Behind the Wheel: Drive our awesome trucks around town (No CDL needed).
Responsibilities:
- Treat team members and customers with care and respect by providing knock-your-socks-off service.
- Educate customers on our services to demonstrate our value.
- Operate company vehicle safely. (No CDL needed. Training provided)
- Safely load, transport, and unload customer’s unwanted items.
- Work with community donation, recycling, and disposal partners to dispose of items the green way.
- Become an operational decision maker to run your route efficiently (what can be donated and recycled and where, how to safely and efficiently complete a job).
- Help maintain trucks and equipment with daily inspections and reporting of any observed issues.
- Execute guerilla marketing tactics to win repeat business, referrals, and new customers.
- Partner with leadership to embrace, implement, and promote continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – this is a customer-facing role
- Safety-first mindset
- Ability to learn and use technology in the field to execute job requirements, quickly and efficiently
- Ability to problem solve on the fly to get the job done
- Obtain and maintain a valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle record
- Supply and reliably use your own mobile phone
- Ability to lift 75 lbs

Job Location & Hours:
Your New Base: Silver Spring, MD
Be Part of the Action: Monday to Saturday, 7 AM - 6 PM (occasional Sundays)
Joining Our Team: What You Need
Age & License: 18+ years with a valid driver’s license.
Clean Record: A clean motor vehicle record is key (for driving roles).
Background Check: Safety first! A routine check to keep everyone secure.
Eligibility: Authorized to work in the United States.
Flexibility is King: Available weekdays and weekends? Perfect!
Work Environment:
On-Site Teamwork: This isn't a remote job – it's hands-on and heart-in.
Job Types: Part-time.
Salary Range: $20 - $27/hour (This includes base hourly rate plus incentives.)
