JOB SUMMARY

Just Eat Local is looking for an experienced and organized kitchen professional to assist in the production of pastries and baked goods. The right candidate must have experience with baking and pastry production.  

Part Time Position (Full Time available outside of pastry)

Days: 2 per week

Hours: 9am-5pm (mas o menos)

Pay: $20.00 - $22/hr D.O.E. 

Shift: Mornings

WHAT YOU DO

Organization

• Follow recipes to produce desserts and baked goods. 


• Coordinate prep lists with pastry lead and kitchen purchasing manager ensuring adequate inventory


• Support other culinary teams in bakery production related to their menus.


• Maintain a clean and organized work space.

Requirements

• Professional use of digital communications: email, group chat


• Minimum of 2+ years' experience working in a similar volume-based restaurant, with culinary understanding and skill in breakfast execution; cooking eggs


• Food Serve Safe certification
