JV Volleyball Coach High School

Trinity Academy is seeking a
Christ-centered, enthusiastic HS JV
Volleyball Coach to guide and develop student-athletes in our girls’
volleyball program. The coach will focus on skill development, team dynamics,
and preparing players for varsity-level competition while modeling Christian
values.

• Plan and lead all JV team
  practices, drills, and team-building activities.
  
• Coach the team during all matches
  and tournaments throughout the season.
  
• Collaborate with the varsity head
  coach to ensure consistency and progression throughout the volleyball program.
  
• Foster a positive, faith-centered
  team culture that promotes sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork.
  
• Serve as a mentor and role model
  to student-athletes, emphasizing spiritual and personal growth.
  
• Communicate
  clearly and regularly with parents, athletes, and school administration.
  

Requirements

• Commitment to Jesus Christ demonstrated in
  professional and personal life.
  
• Experience coaching high
  school-aged athletes.
  
• Familiarity with Christian education
  environments.
  
• Teaching or youth ministry
  experience is a plus.
