The Position:

Ensures that constant and consistent guest satisfaction occurs through the creation of an exceptional dining atmosphere. Responsible for providing a superior fine dining experience and repeat business. Duties include but are not limited to: 

• Maintains the Resorts high standard in quality and presentation of fine dining experience. Ensures that a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere while at the same time providing exceptional guest services.
• Assists guest in menu selections and choices, by remaining knowledgeable of local wines, wine selections and daily specials. 
• Responsible for keeping the Camas Room clean and neat at all times. Ensuring that all assigned duties are completed.
• Provides constructive input to foster process improvement within the department.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate required.
• 1 year of experience working in a fine dining establishment or a resort/hotel restaurant preferred.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Able to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks at once. 
• Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
• Current Food Handler/ServSafe and OLCC License Certificate required. 
• Must be able to obtain a Class I Gaming License.
