KC Sculpt Feedback Coach - 2025

Interested in developing and supporting our current instructors?  Want to be a part of the most rewarding part of our business?  Power Life is looking for a couple of Sculpt Feedback Coaches to help deliver feedback and support to our instructors to ensure continuous growth and applying Power Life's values in classes. This position requires a a minimum of 1-2 feedback sessions a month (taking and entering feedback), and participating in our annual feedback training.

Qualifications to apply:

• Teaching Sculpt for a minimum of 1.5 years


• Average 3+ on all 9 skills on the rubric


• Must be willing to drive to all PL locations to deliver feedback
