Description

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Food Court Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure an exceptional dining experience for customers by maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, assisting guests, and supporting food service operations. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong sense of teamwork.

Requirements

• Customer Service:
  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries about food options, seating, and amenities.
  • Provide directions and respond to customer needs promptly and courteously.
• Food Court Maintenance:
  • Ensure cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors.
  • Remove trash, wipe down surfaces, and maintain a tidy and hygienic environment.
• Stocking and Inventory:
  • Replenish utensils, napkins, condiments, and other supplies as needed.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to the supervisor.
• Support Food Operations:
  • Assist food vendors with basic tasks, such as clearing trays, collecting dishes, or restocking food stations.
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
• Safety and Compliance:
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Report any hazards, spills, or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience: Prior experience in food service, customer service, or a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Capability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a busy, sometimes noisy environment.

Work Schedule:

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
• Part-time and full-time shifts are available.
