Kids' Care Team Member - Brave Church

Brave Church is a multi site church with locations in Dublin and San Ramon. Our mission at Brave is to help people find and follow Jesus!

Our Kids Care team provides childcare for special events at BRAVE Church. There are generally four or more Kids Care events a month. You are responsible for creating a safe and welcoming environment. You should be comfortable working with kids in a Christian setting. You will change diapers as needed, hand out snacks, and have fun with the kids by playing games with them.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create a fun and engaging space for the kids
• Ensure the safety of kids 
• Check-in the child(ren) and ensure they are properly checked out
• Facilitate activities and games for the children 
• Provide care and/or notify parents if and issue or injury occurs
• Communicate with the Kids Pastor regarding scheduling 
• Demonstrate enthusiasm to learn about Jesus and his word

• Be a role model in attitude, speech and actions toward others,
• Meet everyday stress with emotional stability, objectivity and optimism,
• Enjoy working with children and sharing God's Word with them
• Creativity to keep children engaged while having fun
• Organization and ability to maintain control of the environment
