Salary:
$39,520+ annualized ($14/hour + $5/hour tips = $19/hour x 40 hours/week)

Hours: 28-35 hours/week

Job Summary:

The Team Support Members are an integral part of the Kilwins Franklin team, assisting the other team members with managing the overall operation of the store. A majority of time is spent behind the counter assisting guests, working to keep the store clean and well stocked. We're on a mission to create enjoyment and make people happy and we have fun doing it! Must be 18+ years old and have a valid driver's license.

Essential Functions

• Communication is key! You cannot over-communicate in this job.
  


• Coachable - you must be coachable and willing to be trained and developed as requested by General Manager and Team Manager
  


• Carry out shift change checklist to prepare for shift


• Support sales team with anything they need


• Go where needed most
  


• Keep the line fully stocked and the sales floor fully stocked
  


• Drive sales and anticipate needs before they arise
