Kinesiology / Physical Therapy Aides / Personal Trainers / Athletic Trainers

Stretch*d is seeking individuals who have a passion for helping others achieve their fitness and wellness goals. These individuals will introduce new clients to the Stretch*d space and the Stretch*d Method, by delivering one on one hands on stretching sessions. Our Stretch*rs enjoy learning about anatomy, movement and advanced recovery methods and use their strength and knowledge to provide a premium experience to our clients. Stretch*rs are responsible for engaging clients in a positive and friendly manner while giving our customers expert advice on how they can reach their own Stretch*d Goals! The Stretch*r role is paid hourly with the opportunity to earn commissions and tips. 

***Training will start July 28th. New Stretch*d Space opening late August*** 

Key Responsibilities 

• Completion of Stretch*d certification training program 
• Upon completion of the training program, adhere to the Stretch*d techniques as outlined in the Stretch*d training manual 
• Provide exceptional hospitality and be personable to all Stretch*d clients 
• Furnish recommendations to the client based on the client’s goals that include follow up visits and an appropriate membership based on the recommended visits 
• Review and assist clients, when appropriate, in completing the new client intake forms 
• Actively maintain the cleanliness and organization of the space so each client receives the best Stretch*d experience 
• Work alongside the Space Manag*r/Advis*rs to ensure a successful and seamless client check-in and experience 
• Assist Management with day-to-day operations of the space including light cleaning tasks of their stretch*r room 
• Must be able to multitask, problem solve and think on your feet 
• Light administrative duties 
• Performing other duties as needed 

Qualifications

• Previous background in any of the following categories: Licensed massage therapist, personal trainers, yoga instructors, coaches, Kinesiology, dance, sports science or physical therapy 
• Minimum 1 year Leadership experience preferred
• Must be highly organized and have excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented outlook 
• Ability to work independently, as well as on a team 
• Must have a strong ability to communicate clearly with clients, team members, and senior leadership 
• Must be able to move and/or lift heavy items, up to 50 lbs. 

Compensation

• Hourly - $30-$60 per hour, including commission and tips

Work Requirements

• Part-time, 10-25 hours/week, including at least one weekend day 
• Ability to work flexible hours if needed, i.e. early morning/late night/weekends 
• Some holiday availability required (open year-round) 

Supervisory Responsibility 

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities

This job operates in a client-facing, service-oriented environment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. The employee is frequently required to sit at a presentation station with a client for prolonged periods; stand, walk, bend, twist, squat, use hand and finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform weight bearing stretching with our customers. 

Position Type

This is a part-time position. Evening and one weekend shift are required as job duties demand.
