Duties:

• The applicant shall maintain the interior and exterior of the dining facility in a clean and sanitary condition.
• The applicant shall comply with requirements of the food code, state and local laws and regulations, and the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
• The applicant shall make available tableware and other dining table items necessary to serve the customers.
• The applicant shall satisfy dining facility manager and guests in reference to timeliness of service.
• The applicant shall maintain a clean equipment and utensils. This includes pots, pans, and utensils used in food service preparation.

Qualification:

• The applicant shall a have current State of Mississippi Food & Beverage Worker Permits, Medical Physicals.
