The Kitchen Team Member will set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment. Prepare food and present it in an appealing manner. Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessary. Follow all food safety regulations. Participate in daily kitchen opening, on going and closing procedures. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or management. The ideal candidate is a great communicator with both customers and coworkers. Prior experience is preferred. A regular schedule of days, nights, weekends and holidays is preferred. MUST BE AVAILABLE ON SUNDAYS. We're looking for a passionate individual to join our team who is eager to take on a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Qualifications:
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Ability to use common kitchen equipment and appliances safely
- Ability to perform general cleaning duties to company standards
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
- Excellent verbal communication skills and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Effective time management
- Knowledge of products and services of the company
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
Pay range: $13 to $16 + tips depending on experience
