KOHO Sales Associate (Part-Time)

Under the guidance of the KOHO Assistant Store Manager and Key Holders, the Sales Associate will serve as a brand ambassador, embodying our values and delivering exceptional, white-glove service to customers while contributing as a strong team player.

• Deliver unique and personalized shopping experiences for every customer.
• Execute daily company directives as instructed by the management team, including operational policies, dress code, business initiatives, loss prevention, sales goals, and mall initiatives.
• Maintain an organized and clean store environment, including the cash wrap area, stockroom, and office.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards for all products.
• Manage receipt of shipments and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Support the execution of store visual directives and standards as provided by the management team, completing changes promptly on specified dates.
• Implement all promotions accurately and on schedule as directed by the management team.
• Monitor product shelf life for quality assurance and communicate with the management team as needed.
• Meet or exceed daily individual sales goals, tracked through key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist customers as needed, including greeting, handling calls, product sales, cash transactions, answering product questions, and maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.
• Provide a grand-class experience for every customer interaction, ensuring exceptional service in every engagement.

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring duties are performed and standards are upheld.
• Execute additional work-related tasks as assigned.
• Implement and maintain loss prevention, security, and safety protocols to safeguard company assets.
• Regular attendance is required for the position.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one (1) year of retail experience, preferably in a food retail environment.
• Ability to embody our brand and deliver memorable, high-quality customer experiences.
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, multitasking, and customer service skills.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules, including holidays, weekends, and evenings, to meet the business’s needs.
