Job Title: Evening Housekeeper – Medical Facility (Part-Time)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and mature housekeeper to clean a hospital or medical facility in the evenings after regular business hours. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, take pride in their work, and understand the importance of maintaining a clean and sanitized healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and disinfect patient rooms, restrooms, waiting areas, offices, and exam rooms


• Empty trash receptacles and medical waste containers properly


• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors


• Restock supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, etc.)


• Follow safety and infection control protocols at all times


• Use proper cleaning equipment and chemicals per facility guidelines


• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards


• Secure the building after cleaning if required

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial or hospital cleaning


• Knowledge of proper cleaning methods and disinfecting procedures


• Dependable, mature, and able to work independently


• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks


• Must pass background check and a drug screen


• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Hours & Pay:

• Part-time: Approximately 15–25 hours per week


• Evening hours only (starting after patient care ends, typically after 5 PM)


• Competitive hourly wage based on experience
