Note: This is a part time position and requires employees to be on-site in Portland, Oregon three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM).
Note: The qualified candidate for this position must have strong organizational and communication skills, prior administrative experience, and the ability to work independently.

Job Description
Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Law Firm Administrative Assistant to support the firms daily office operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring an efficient, organized, and client-focused environment.
Perform data entry and manage filing systems
Collect and organize client documents for bankruptcy and related legal matters
Draft and send letters to clients and trustees
Reconnect with prospective clients and manage follow-up
Reach out to leads to assist with intake or scheduling
Maintain client records and case tracking
Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff
Monitor office supplies and maintain a clean and professional workspace
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Comfortable handling client communications and follow-up
Proficient with basic computer applications (email, data entry, file management)
Prior law firm or legal office experience (preferred but not required)
Must be available in-person on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9 AM to 5 PM
