Job Summary

If you are an experienced service pro or someone who is passionate and willing to learn how to be a lawn care spray technician AND want to work for a company where your effort is respected and rewarded then we’d love to hear from you at Canopy Lawn Care. We are currently hiring. Canopy is a different kind of service company, where we put our people first, from training and equipment to flexible schedules.

You will enjoy independence as you will drive a company vehicle by yourself and take care of Canopy Lawn Care customers on your daily route.

This role is designed for you to excel and grow on a career path as our business grows. You will take on a high level of responsibility including a full book of residential lawn care business. Responsibilities

Expanding existing customer services

Follow precise guidelines for fertilization, weed control, aeration, seeding, and lawn pest/fungal control to ensure lawns are thriving and healthy.

Work closely with customers to assess the specific needs of their lawns and recommend services that best suit their unique situation.

Discuss treatment options with prospective clients, providing clear explanations and professional advice.

Deliver high-quality lawn care services while treating each customer’s lawn as if it were your own.

Be a reliable and friendly point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and promoting long-term relationships.

Maintain an organized and clean service vehicle, ensuring that equipment is in top working condition.

Collaborate with the Canopy Lawn Care team to share insights and help grow the company’s customer base.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific guidelines.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Prior lawn care or pest control experience is a plus but not required.

A passion for lawn care and making a difference in customers' outdoor spaces

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
