Demonstrate a passion for early childhood education, with prior experience working with young children.
Must be organized and adept at creating engaging lesson plans.
Exhibit motivation and teamwork skills.
Possess knowledge of preschool-aged developmental milestones.
Utilize a positive approach in managing challenging behavior
Maintain a well-organized, clean, and engaging classroom environment in collaboration with your co-teacher.
Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
