WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Staff Supervision Acts as a shift supervisor and oversees sales associates when a supervisor is absent.

• Performance Management Monitors the operations of a unit and provides input to the performance of individuals through feedback and recommendations.

• People Management Activities Participates in people management activities for unit team members such as performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and interviews.

• Quality Assurance Performs inspections and quality auditing and looks for ways to improve the retail experience.

• Training & Education Provides training for new hires and ensures current coworker knowledge is up to date.

• Job Duties Must be able to perform all duties of EVS Association I and II.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferred High School Diploma/GED

• 2 years Customer Service Preferred

• 2 years Environmental service Preferred

• Dept of Trans Training (DOTTRN) - .

• Floor care/carpet certification - .
