Tap Room began in 2011 with two bartenders—James Bonanno and David Johnson—who shared a vision: to build more than just a bar, but a place where great food, craft beer, and genuine hospitality brought people together. What started as a single neighborhood spot in Patchogue has grown into a fast-growing hospitality group with multiple locations across Long Island, known for its welcoming vibe, strong team culture, and consistent guest experience.

Our mission is simple: To be your local gathering place for real food and craft beer—to meet friends and make new ones.
