Lead, Physical Security (1st shift)

About the Team: 

The Protective Operations team is charged with securing the company’s personnel, property, and operations. From physical site security and access control to rocket transportation and VIP meetings, the team plays a mission-critical role. You’ll engage directly with leadership, manage complex operations, and adapt to a constantly evolving landscape. The impact is company-wide, and the work is anything but routine. 

About the Role:

• Report to the Head of Security & Security Manager for daily task, and projects.


• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with corporate security policies and recommend improvements.


• Assist with Overseeing daily Security Officer operational staffing requirements and administrative functions


• Assist with, training, and mentoring security staff, promoting a culture of customer service, professionalism, courtesy, responsiveness, and trust


• Assist with overseeing daily Security Officer operational staffing requirements and administrative functions.


• Monitor and use multiple security hardware platforms to enhance the security posture.  

About You:

• 5-10 years of security, law enforcement , and or military experience


• Knowledge of physical security systems, access control, CCTV, and incident response


• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Proficient in Outlook, Word, excel, PowerPoint 

Nice to haves but not required:  

• Active security clearance


• CA CCW


• Military / Law Enforcement experience
