GEARS is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Swim Instructor to join our team in Elizabethtown, PA. This part-time, on-site role involves leading swim instruction, teaching proper swimming techniques, conducting parent-and-child classes, and ensuring a safe and positive learning environment for all participants.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and conduct swim lessons for individuals of all ages and skill levels.

Teach proper swimming techniques and water safety practices.

Lead parent-and-child swim classes.

Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.

Provide clear and positive communication with students, parents, and staff.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Swim Instructor preferred.

Strong background in swimming and aquatics instruction.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively with all age groups.

CPR and First Aid certification (preferred but not required).
