Responsibilities
- Design and author engaging, high-quality learning materials, online courses, and resources in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) across a variety of teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, etc.).
- Build and nurture strong partnerships with key stakeholders and SMEs to execute key learning initiatives.
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new employees and partners by collaborating with leaders to define onboarding needs, maintaining a well-coordinated onboarding calendar, and continuously enhancing content and processes to improve the new hire experience.
- Manage Brightspot’s Learning Management System (LMS), including course creation, user access, course completion data, and performance reporting.
- Conduct engaging in-person and virtual learning sessions as needed.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience designing and producing digital learning content.
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
- Resourceful, adaptable, proactive, ambitious, and eager to explore different areas of learning and enablement.
- Confident facilitation and public speaking skills.
- Proven experience as a Learning Management System (LMS) administrator.
- Experience with course authoring tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise), video editing tools, and graphic design programs (such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Experience in sales enablement or software training is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- This is a part-time, hourly position requiring 16-24 hours per week, with 3 days per week on-site (Mondays required, other days are flexible).
- The starting pay range for this position is $35–$40 per hour.
- This role is a 6-month position with the potential to convert to full-time at the end of the term.
