What You’ll Do as a Part-Time Leasing Consultant
As a Leasing Consultant at Link Apartments® Innovation Quarter, you'll be the first impression for prospects and a key player in delivering exceptional service to current residents.
Leasing Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, answer phone calls, and follow up on all leads
• Conduct engaging property tours and close the sale
• Process and maintain all leasing-related paperwork including:
  • Guest cards, applications, lease agreements
  • Renewals, move-outs, and terminations

• Support marketing efforts including social media and outreach
• Help plan and execute resident events
• Represent the community with positivity and professionalism

• Friendly, warm, and eager to help others
• Motivated, organized, and enjoys staying busy
• Detail-oriented with strong administrative and time management skills
• Comfortable working independently under moderate supervision
• Proactive about learning and personal development

• This is an on-site position, with work in both an office and residential setting
• Requires regular movement throughout the property, including stair climbing
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for occasional off-site needs
