Leasing Consultant - Part Time

We have a Part Time Leasing Consultant opportunity available at the following location:

• Bexley Panther Creek - 20 hours per week

We are looking for someone to work 20 hours a week. These hours include working most Saturdays 9:30am - 5pm (Sundays closed). Additional weekday hours required as well during 9am-6pm, flexible with which days.

Pay: Starting at $17/hour plus quarterly bonuses, 10% rent discount if you choose to live at any of our communities

Strong customer service and admin experience ideal. Experience from property management, customer service, sales or retail environments tend to do well and be successful in this role.

This position’s responsibilities include front line resident services, team interaction, fast-paced learning, and communicating in persuasive and difficult situations. Attention to detail is necessary.

This role is NOT a temporary or short term role.
