Role Summary

Role: Part time Legal Contractor 

Location: Fremont, CA.

Summary

Join the General Counsel’s team to grow your expertise in a variety of different areas such as contracts for the supply chain, regulatory and compliance, IP management, immigration, employment, to name a few. More importantly, be embedded in a vibrate, fast paced cross functional team ranging from engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, software across multiple continents. 

Responsibilities:

• Review, draft and negotiate routine commercial contracts such as NDAs, supplier contractors, SOWs 


• Supplement the GC to manage various compliance, IP, employment and immigration matters 


• Legal documents, systems and workflow automation and improvement 

Requirements:

• JD from a top law school 


• Bar preferred but not required


• Experience of working in house for a startup a huge plus 


• Can do attitude, curiosity, problem solving with minimum supervision, tech savvy 


• Strong aptitude with business software tools and platforms, including Google Workspace, Jira, Airtable, and similar applications.
