Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.

- Offer psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and groups.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.

- Document clinical encounters accurately and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and other regulations.

- Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and community outreach activities.

- Stay current with best practices and continuing education to enhance clinical skills.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid and current LCSW license in the state of practice.

- Proven experience in mental health counseling.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of behavioral health issues, trauma-informed care, and cultural competency.

- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.

- Experience in Athena, Epic
