Job Description - Licensed Clinician (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD) Hybrid, Flexible Schedule, Session-Based Compensation,

Join a collaborative and compassionate mental-health practice where you can focus on what matters most—your clients. Seasons Psychotherapy Associates is seeking experienced licensed clinicians (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD) to join our Tampa team.

This position offers the independence and flexibility of private practice within the structure and stability of a supportive group environment. You’ll enjoy a steady flow of referrals, strong administrative support, and a hybrid schedule combining in-office and telehealth sessions.

While schedules are flexible, all clinicians must be available for at least two in-office afternoon or evening shifts per week (3–8 PM) as part of their regular schedule. Candidates who can offer additional afternoon, evening, or weekend availability will receive priority consideration, as these times allow us to expand access to care.

Whether you’re seeking a full-time schedule with benefits or a part-time caseload that complements other commitments, Seasons provides the flexibility and support to build a thriving clinical practice.

About Seasons Psychotherapy

Seasons Psychotherapy Associates is a Florida-based group practice dedicated to transforming lives through compassionate, evidence-based mental-health care. With offices in Davie, Fort Lauderdale, Coral Springs, and Tampa, our clinicians serve a diverse community of clients across the state.

We offer the autonomy of private practice alongside the collaboration and stability of a connected clinical team. Our mission is simple: We transform lives for the better.

The Role

As a Licensed Clinician, you’ll provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and children—both in person and via telehealth. You’ll manage your own caseload and schedule while working within a team that shares referrals, resources, and ideas.

At Seasons, you’ll have the freedom to practice independently while staying connected to a supportive clinical community. Our administrative team handles scheduling, credentialing, billing, and client communications so you can focus entirely on providing high-quality care.

You’ll collaborate with peers through consultation and case discussions, participate in clinical initiatives that improve access to care, and contribute to a culture grounded in empathy, professionalism, and growth.

Compensation & Benefits

At Seasons, licensed clinicians may work under one of two compensation structures: a salaried model with paid time off, or a session-based model where pay is tied to collected client session fees.

This position follows the session-based model, offering the flexibility to design your own schedule and the earning potential of private practice—without the administrative burden. Seasons manages referrals, credentialing, scheduling, and billing so you can focus entirely on client care.

Clinicians maintaining a full-time caseload (24+ sessions per week) under either model are eligible for fully paid health, dental, vision, and group-term life insurance. All clinicians—regardless of caseload—may participate in the company’s 401(k) plan with employer match.

Part-time clinicians at Seasons typically maintain a consistent caseload of at least 15 client sessions per week. This model is best suited for clinicians seeking a stable, ongoing commitment within a collaborative practice, rather than those looking to supplement another private caseload.

Clinicians are paid biweekly based on collected session revenue, ensuring reliable payouts and transparent earnings. Those who consistently exceed the minimum caseload typically find that this model provides greater earning potential than a salaried position.

Benefits

  • Health, Dental, Vision, and Group-Term Life Insurance: Fully paid by Seasons for full-time clinicians.

  • 401(k) Retirement Plan: Employer-matched, available to all clinicians.

  • Flexible Schedule: Hybrid in-office and telehealth model supporting work-life balance.

  • Paid Time Off: Available under the salaried model.

Professional Support

  • Administrative staff handle billing, credentialing, and scheduling.

  • Consistent client referrals and case assignments.

  • Peer consultation and case collaboration with experienced clinicians.

  • Fully furnished office space with therapy rooms and administrative support.

Growth & Development

  • Opportunities for leadership, supervision, and program development.

  • Pathways to transition to a salaried position if desired.

  • Access to continuing education and peer consultation opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and children.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

  • Engage in peer consultation and collaborative casework.

  • Demonstrate clinical judgment, cultural humility, and professional ethics.

  • Participate in clinical and administrative initiatives that support client care.

Requirements

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, marriage & family therapy, or social work from an accredited program.

  • Active Florida license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD) in good standing.

  • Expertise in outpatient psychotherapy with diverse populations.

  • Strong communication, documentation, and professionalism.

  • Availability for at least two in-office afternoon or evening shifts per week (3–8 PM), with additional flexibility for weekend and telehealth sessions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in outpatient or private-practice settings.

  • Ability to maintain a full or part-time outpatient caseload.

  • Interest in supervision, leadership, or program development.

  • Eligibility to serve as a Qualified Supervisor in Florida.

Why Join Seasons?

  • Balance Flexibility & Stability: The independence of private practice with full administrative and billing support.

  • Top-Tier Benefits: Full-time clinicians receive fully paid health insurance, 401(k) match, and access to peer consultation.

  • Collaborative Culture: Join a team that values empathy, integrity, and professional growth.

  • Career Pathways: Advance into supervision, leadership, or salaried positions as your goals evolve.

If you’re ready to take the next step in your clinical career within a supportive, growth-oriented environment—and can offer evening or weekend availability—we’d love to meet you.
