Job Description:

The cosmetologist is passionate about delivering top-tier beauty and wellness services, has hands-on experience with HydraFacial technology, gel manicures and pedicures, Japanese head spa treatments, precision haircuts, and waxing services.

Responsibilities:
  •  HydraFacial Treatments: Perform customized facials using the HydraFacial MD machine tailored to individual skin types and concerns.
  •  Nail Services: Provide expert-level gel manicures and pedicures, including shaping, cuticle care, and gel polish application.
  •  Japanese Head Spa: Offer relaxing and therapeutic head spa treatments using traditional and modern techniques to promote scalp and hair health.
  •  Haircuts: Deliver high-quality haircuts for women, men, and children, including styling and consultation on haircare routines.
  •  Waxing Services: Perform professional waxing for face and body with an emphasis on comfort, hygiene, and results.
  •  Maintain clean and sanitized workstations and adhere to all state and salon hygiene regulations.
  •  Recommend retail products and aftercare based on individual client needs.
  •  Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and communication.
  •  Stay current on beauty trends, products, and industry innovations through ongoing education.


Requirements:
  •  Valid Cosmetology License in New Mexico.
  •  1+ year(s) of hands-on experience in a salon or spa environment preferred.
  •  Certified or experienced in using the HydraFacial machine (training available for the right candidate).
  •  Skilled in gel nail application, pedicure techniques, and nail hygiene.
  •  Familiarity or certification in Japanese head spa treatments is a strong plus.
  •  Proficient in various haircutting techniques for all hair types.
  •  Professional waxing experience, including facial, bikini, and body waxing.
  •  Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  •  Passionate about beauty and wellness with a strong attention to detail.
