Licensed Esthetician

• Provide aesthetic consultations and educate clients on recommended procedures

• Assist clients in selecting treatments that best meet their skincare needs

• Review client medical history and screen for allergies prior to treatment

• Perform facial treatments, including exfoliation and skin toning

• Administer facial masques and remove blackheads

• Perform chemical peels and Hydrafacial treatments

• Conduct hair removal services as needed

• Recommend personalized home skincare regimens

• Sell skincare products and educate clients on product usage

• Prepare procedure rooms prior to each treatment

• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of all treatment rooms and equipment

• Manage weekly inventory of skincare products and supplies

• Place orders for esthetic supplies as needed

• Document client medical history and treatment notes in CareCloud

• Follow up with clients post-treatment via phone

• Greet clients and manage check-in and check-out procedures

• Schedule appointments and answer incoming calls

• Collect payments at the front desk

• Use Constant Contact to create and post monthly promotions and specials

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to handle clients professionally in difficult situations

• Dependable and punctual

• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly

• Passionate, intelligent, and knowledgeable about the esthetics industry

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong time management, organizational, and follow-up skills

• Ability to learn and apply new esthetic techniques and ideas

• Proficient computer skills
