Job Summary

Are you a passionate and skilled esthetician looking to grow in a supportive and upscale beauty studio? Orra Beauty is seeking a talented licensed esthetician with experience in facials, skincare treatments, and client care. If you love helping clients feel confident in their skin and enjoy working in a professional, team-oriented environment, we’d love to meet you!

As an esthetician, you will introduce clients to a variety of skincare products and services and work with them to achieve their skin health goals. Clients will rely on you for skin care product recommendations and treatments, including facial massage and waxing.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an entrepreneurial-minded person to grow their skill set and help people live their best lives.

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed esthetician in California

Experience with facials, skin treatments, and customized skincare recommendations

Knowledge of advanced skincare techniques (peels, microdermabrasion, LED therapy, etc.) is a plus

Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to exceptional client service

Strong communication skills and ability to educate clients on skincare

Reliable, professional, and a team player

Responsibilities

Provide facial skin treatments

Advise clients on skin care options and best practices

Greet clients in a warm and friendly manner and develop rapport

Maintain an organized schedule, including scheduling, confirming, and canceling appointments

Ensure all equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained to meet or exceed safety standards

Qualifications

Valid esthetician’s license

Proven experience as an esthetician is preferred

Experience in the use of skin care equipment such Hydrafacial is preferred but not required

Deep understanding of skin care techniques

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High level of ethics

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
