Position Summary
We are seeking a licensed, experienced Esthetician to join our team of skilled professionals. This role is ideal for someone with a polished, professional demeanor who thrives in a fast-paced medical spa environment and is passionate about skincare, client education, and cutting-edge technology. The ideal candidate is committed to client satisfaction, results-driven treatments, and ongoing personal and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Perform personalized skin and body treatments including facials, chemical peels, microneedling RF, laser hair removal, and IPL.


• Conduct detailed skin analyses and consultations to assess client goals and determine appropriate treatment plans.


• Educate clients on post-care, skincare regimens, and retail products to enhance results.


• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, protocols, and emerging technologies.


• Ensure strict adherence to safety, sanitation, and equipment maintenance procedures.


• Collaborate with the Clinic Manager to maintain treatment room supplies and back bar inventory.


• Accurately document treatment notes and maintain client records.


• Support promotional efforts, participate in social media posting and create content.


• Uphold a consistently high level of client service and contribute to a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Valid Arizona Esthetician License


• Minimum 2 years of hands-on esthetics experience


• Minimum 2 years of laser experience preferred


• Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and devices


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Professional, positive attitude with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best


• Ability to uphold strict confidentiality standards


• Comfortable with standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds


• Willingness to travel for trainings, as needed
