‍ Position Overview

We are currently seeking a professional, licensed Esthetician to join our Spa team on an on-call basis. This role is perfect for a skincare professional with a passion for wellness and client care, who is looking for a flexible schedule in a beautiful, serene environment.

Key Responsibilities

  Perform professional skincare services including facials, peels, masks, extractions, and other treatments based on individual client needs

  Conduct thorough skin analysis and recommend appropriate treatments and homecare

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment area

  
  


• 
  

  Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety

  
  


• 
  

  Provide a welcoming and relaxing experience for each guest

  
  


• 
  

  Promote additional services and retail products in a knowledgeable and professional manner

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate clearly with Spa and Front Desk teams about scheduling, guest preferences, and treatment outcomes

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Current Esthetics License in the state of Oregon (required)

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 2 year of spa or esthetics experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  
  


• Ability to up sell retail products


• 
  

  Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships

  
  


• 
  

  Professional appearance and demeanor

  
  


• 
  

  Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

  
  


• Knowledge of spa software systems a plus (training provided)

Location Requirement

Must be able to reliably commute to or reside in Astoria, OR. On-call availability is essential for this position.
