Driftwood Yoga, Spa & Boutique is a luxury wellness destination offering results-focused skincare, boutique yoga, and spa rituals rooted in natural healing. We are seeking a high-level esthetician to take on a lead provider role within our team. This is not an entry-level role—we are looking for someone polished, reliable, and growth-oriented who can eventually take on a more primary role in guest care as the owner steps out of treatment.
✨ What You’ll Do
- Deliver customized 45–90 minute facials using The Organic Pharmacy protocols (training provided)
- Perform advanced facial massage techniques for lifting, sculpting, and lymphatic support using tools like Gua Sha, cupping, and rose crystals
- Recommend personalized at-home regimens to support long-term skin health and wellness routines
- Perform services like Hydrafacial, Dermaplane Pro, and SkinPen Elite (certification in any is a plus)
- Support body treatments using herbal scrubs, muds, steam, and lymphatic massage
- Build strong, trusted relationships with guests to support retention, rebooking, and long-term care
- Uphold Driftwood’s elevated experience at every guest touchpoint—appearance, demeanor, and service
🧰 Requirements
North Carolina Esthetics License in good standing
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a spa or skincare studio environment
- Proven ability to build guest loyalty, rebook effectively, and foster long-term client relationships
- Willingness to work Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (with potential to add Saturdays or other days based on coverage)
- Commitment to natural and organic skincare practices, product knowledge, and holistic principles
- Open to learning and being certified in The Organic Pharmacy European protocols (training provided)
- Skilled or willing to learn: Dermaplane Pro, Hydrafacial, SkinPen Elite, Gua Sha, cupping, and advanced facial massage
- Comfortable performing physically vigorous protocols including facial sculpting and lymphatic work
- Strong sense of professionalism in appearance, hygiene, reliability, and team collaboration

🕒 Scheduling Structure
We are expanding our esthetics schedule. This role will primarily cover:
Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
- Rotating Saturdays as needed
- Additional hours based on guest demand and your availability
Only one esthetician is scheduled per day to ensure optimal use of space and service flow.
