Job Description - Licensed Esthetician- Part Time

The Ideal Candidate

A valid Esthetics license

Available to work on Sundays and Thursdays, or possibly Mondays

Advanced Certification for peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, microneedling.

At least 1-2 years of experience performing facials

A passion for skincare and serving clients

Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills

Must have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule - including weekends, opening shifts, and closing shifts

Advanced facial massage techniques

Experience with electrical modalities (high frequency, LED, microcurrent)

About the Role

As a Skin Therapist, you will provide fully personalized facials to every client who walks through our door. You will listen to their concerns, look for skin conditions, and educate them on product and enhancement options, delivering an unparalleled client experience.

What You'll Do

Customized Facials: Provide customized and personalized facials to Heyday clientele, ensuring each treatment meets their unique needs.

Comprehensive Skin Analysis: Conduct a thorough skin analysis for each client to understand their current skin condition and anticipate future needs.

Client Education: Educate clients on their homecare routines and offer personalized recommendations for maintaining healthy skin.

Client-Centric Service: Listen attentively to each client to create a unique and memorable experience rooted in genuine hospitality.

Compensation: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour
