Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to join our successful medical spa. As a Massage Therapist, you will tailor massage treatments to your patient's individual needs and health goals. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in a variety of massage styles, possess a deep knowledge of human anatomy and the musculoskeletal system, and work well as part of a holistic wellness team.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of massage and body treatments

Educate clients on the services and products offered as well as the therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy

Maintain accurate records of each session

Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments

Build relationships with clients to assist them with meeting their wellness goals

Qualifications

Hold current state license and liability insurance to practice massage therapy

Capable of performing deep tissue, Swedish, and maternity massage modalities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strongly service oriented with an ability to communicate effectively with clients in a one-on-one setting

High level of ethics and integrity.

Cheri is a Tampa native who began her career in Dermatology in the 1980’s. She has been trained extensively in both medical skin diseases and aesthetic medicine. She has been a National GAIN Trainer for Galderma Pharmaceuticals for more than 10 years, training medical professionals on injecting techniques for dermal fillers, Dysport, & Sculptra Aesthetic.

Cheri’s dream was to one day have her own aesthetic practice, where she could provide the best aesthetic treatments, with a priority on quality. Now, she would like to introduce you to Viso Juvé, the newest Medical Spa in Tampa FL. A place where you will get superb treatment with the experience and knowledge in a comfortable, laid back setting.
